    I was under the impression that you wanted the planks somewhat swelled before caulking.

    I’m about 2/3 of the way through removing the old bottom paint with torch and scraper. It’s a MUCH better way to go than sanding.
    Also replaced the soft section of rubrail, so far thats the only rot I’ve found in her.

    In he haste to move from the old house I forget to remove and pack my workbench mounted woodworking vise. Found a new (old) one on Ebay.
