Default Mirror Dinghy Worlds are over

Not all the boats are of wood, of course, but I suppose it's still a wooden boat event!

There is a great collection of photos posted by Robert Owe-Young at https://robertowe-young.smugmug.com/2019-Mirror-Worlds . The above photo is one of Robert's works.

A summary report containing some of the pictures is on the Yachts & Yachting page : https://www.yachtsandyachting.com/ne...s-at-Woollahra .

Wishing all good health and a great sailing/boating year 2019!

Thanks! I was surprised to see some still out there with the gunter rig!

Apparently there is a special sub-category for "Classic Boats" and the winner there ("Blistering Barnacles" Mirror #41489) finished right in the middle of the field, so she was clearly ahead of a lot of Bermuda-rigged boats.
    Cheers,
