Dyck is a common name around here, as Randy will attest, being one of the small handful of Mennonite family names. A couple of others are Harder and Friesen. I'm sure you can do the math, particularly when it comes to girls named "Anita"...

What are you doing about it?

I had a customer once named Fink.
Worst I've ever heard was just the other day. I was reading a news report about some crime that had been committed. The police spokesman was Sheriff Henry Flucker. How could anyone go through life with that name?
I was born on a wooden boat that I built myself.

Not a double entendre but one of my father-in-law's girlfriends in his youth was Ella Mae Rutabarger. Another of his girlfriends had the nickname "Spitless Jane". They all grew up in Texas. We couldn't stop giggling any time he reminisced about them.

... I can keep going. In high school, we used tons of these names wherever we could; sign-in sheets and so on. It was a thing.

    a Stoner,
A high school math teacher was Mr. Stoner! I'd forgotten that. He was a fan of Captain Beefheart and spoke of him often.

I'm a postie- I see some good ones. And there are categories too! Like body parts. Between my town and the next one we have the surnames Brain, Head, Wigg, Butt, Lugg, Legg, Foote, Ovary, Dick and Dickie. About an equal number of famous actor or singer names, and a whole bunch more that are just really different. There a really nice Vietnamese kid here whose name is Li Dang. He buys stuff on line that comes addressed to Dangly JayInOz
