Probably the most famousest of the places to get that sort of thing around Mobile is the Dew Drop Inn on Old Shell Road, except their thing is hot dogs. My kids always make a run over there when they come home. It is not my thing, as I am not a big fan of hot dogs.

The best hamburger in our area is about two miles from here at the original Fish River Grill on Highway 32. A tourist wouldn't give it a look, but locals flock there. My wife says it is because of the surface of the grill.

In my hometown, it would be Gino's. Poor photo from the web. Catfish sandwiches are even better.

My daughter is a Popeye's fan. Not so wild about Prince's (a shooting there two nights ago makes it a bit less savory at the moment) or the Pepperpot, which everybody in East Nash seems to adore. But I don't get it. Hattie B's I get.

    Bojangles when on the road.
    i was in Nashville yesterday.

I thought you were still in Europe or I would have said something.

Get current, dude. I'm almost in Canada, and I'm 3 miles from Chik Fil a, and 1 mile from Sonic.
