Default Painting: top coat or not before antifoul?

I am restoring an old Ligthning. I have stripped and faired the hull, and painted it with epoxy primer for 5 times. Now proceeding to painting with topcoat I am wondering should I top coat the bottom or not, which will be antifouled in the end. Could I save the work and paint and paint the antifoul straight over the epoxy primer? Any recommendations? I am using two part polyurethane for top coat.

Do what the antifouling manufacturer recommends. Often there is a specific barrier coat to use.

Yes, I will skip the top coat and use one coat of barrier.

Antifouls generally don't stick well to topcoats. Usually OK to epoxy primer but as above, do what the mfr says.....
