I would say that the vice around DFT has been wide open and spewing excrement for decades.

See the documentary Active Measures to understand how sleazy he is.

I guess if he flips to Mueller our current president will no longer think of him as a brave man.

This begs the question of who's next. Will Mueller try to squeeze Jr or just go for big orange.

He's fighting the Trump controlled houses as well as the man himself. Picking off the edges is likely the best tactic whilst keeping his powder dry re the orange one just in case.

Ken Starr thinks Manafort did the 'right thing' for himself given the convictions he already has, and the seriousness of those charges yet to be answered. OTOH there was someone interviewed saying that it was all just a long series of coincidences that happened after he was hired by Donald…………..

    Who'd a thunk it eh?

Now there's someone more delusional than Trump!
A society predicated on the assumption that everyone in it should want to get rich is not well situated to become either ethical or imaginative.

It's beginning to smell like Donald jr is next, Mueller seems to be getting all the little fish first. Will Trump pardon his son, I'm guessing he will.

Of course he will, another mistake politically though. Precedent says he'll have to pardon them all?

Yeah, he will pardon his son. But it will be a huge mistake. It is way too much like 3rd World dictators giving their families license, and even the remaining Republicans will have their stomachs churn a bit too much to see Trump treating his family like a Duvalier, Mugabe, Assad, or Hussein.

It will be very interesting to see what a Trump Presidential Library would look like.

You probably are thinking of the " Barbie's mini van" toy - or a " Little Free Library " ??

That's what Ann Coulter said! Another profile in courage.

New York magazine on Wednesday published an excerpt from a new book on the White House by Michael Wolff, which includes an anecdote during Trump's presidential transition period when he considered hiring his son in law Jared Kushner as his chief of staff.

"Nobody is apparently telling you this," Coulter told Trump, according to the book. “But you can’t. You just can’t hire your children.”

Coulter corroborated the detail in an email to the Washington Examiner, saying that she only told Trump directly after she was unsuccessful in getting campaign chairman Steve Bannon, billionaire entrepreneur Peter Thiel, and now-White House policy adviser Stephen Miller to do it.

"I tried to get Bannon, Miller or Thiel to tell Trump, but they all said, 'above my pay grade,'" she said. "So I told him. I said only Third Worlders become leader of a country and immediately hire their relatives and he’d look like Evita Perón."

Wait, Trump looks like Eva Peron? She's really let her waistline go, then.

Or does he mean Isabel Peron? Eva died in 1952.
