    It's a "Gator Boat Plans" 13'-5" Darkwater skiff that I have modified to 15'-6" and increased the depth a couple inches.. I have built two of the 13'-5" previously, first one was sold and the second my son has in his possession... This one will be quite a bit heavier..... Got to sand and stain it this morning !

    Out and in the sun ! Some hardware, a drain plug, an access door and she should be ready to go ....
