Finding folks is hard in paradise, we call the the "Paradise Tax." Tile crafts seem to be the most elusive.

Are you going to insulate the shop for four seasons and put in dust collection? And what are your plans for the floor?

    Cheers

With the hydrostatic vents insulation won’t do a whole lot of good. I’m planning on Installing a couple of bit Hunter Industrial ceiling fans. They are about 1/3 the price of the Big Ass Fans. I’ll be moving my dust collection from the current shop. Right now the floor is concrete. That may change.
Planning on installing slat wall and keeping the tools up in case of high water.

Nighttime shot of the Titan LED lights. Lotta lumens and the color temp is perfect. AC1FF7C5-4FE1-4C49-9C23-FAB6D19ABDC4.jpg

The lighting looks good, I do like the fenestration!
There is nothing quite as permanent as a good temporary repair.

Take a good look now, Mark, it'll never look that big again.

Following with interest here and looking forward to seeing those nice doors hung.

Sure will. You’ll need to get a long SAV layover and come by!

Things are progressing slowly as what’s left is finish work on the house. The tile work is agonizingly slow.
    Hoping to move October 22.

I picked up a pair of these at a marine salvage place in Portland, Maine. Rewired them for 120vac, and installed Edison filement LED bulbs. This is the entry door to the shop.

Great looking shop building! I am doing a similar set up in that the main house was built in 1889 and we felt that the garage/shop could be made to look like a carriage house with an attached barn. We will be adding vent towers on both roofs to allow moisture to escape and not form mildew. Ours is a work in progress. Though this looks old it is really all new. Again, I really like what you are doing!

Mark, maybe a section of aluminum bleachers from the local high school at the location you stood to take the picture ?
