The annoying thing is that there is no known cause! I'm otherwise quite well and the oncologist puts down the reason for my continuation to that. Good blood pressure, correct weight, my blood seems to survive the chemo OK and I'm generally fit.
Glad to hear you’re otherwise strong and healthy.

Cancer cells need sugar to multiply. Please read labeles, stop all sugars, eat organic, feed your mitochondria. I can send You links if you’d like.

I always have eaten thus all my life and according to the oncologist it's the main reason I've lasted so long and so well. Sugar is something I avoid and always have. No sugar in tea or coffee for 40 years.

Well damn. That wasn't the news I was hoping to hear.

Failing that: I don't pray, but you've got me hoping for future good news for you. I'd rather you stuck around for quite a while longer.

Enough of this dark stuff Peter. You need to start a new project where you can contemplate and construct. Your mind is too fertile and the methodology will be form meditation. Your success over these 30 months is do to your spirit and it’s positive rebounding of health. It is like taking a turn at speed into a deep apex along a tree lined street... ease off the throttle and catch your breath for a Millisecond. Your recovery will be in hand.

we have still have a 100 mpg motorcycle to make among many other things.

Is this a double apex turn? Or are we easing throttle because we’re riding faster than out eyes? Better maybe a little trail brake. Too much throttle cut is liable to send us over the high side.

    Peace,

"I wasn't going to get a brain transplant, but I changed my mind" <G>

It's too bad we aren't to the point where we can download the contents into a fresh new replacement brain...

Who knows... we might get there. Just too late for the likes of us. A young friend, in pre-med studies at the time of my cancer dance, observed the state of cancer understanding/treatment compared to 50 years ago, and concluded that in another 50, we'll look at today's treatments as 'downright barbaric and bumbling'. So we beaver on as best we can. Best wishes to you, my friend.

    I gave it to him.

'Sibley' becomes 'Sibbo', which is a very Australian (and New Zealand) thing to do with names.

'Thompson' becomes 'Tommo', 'Warren' becomes 'Wazza', 'Ross' becomes 'Rosso' and 'Gibbs' becomes 'Gibbsy', so on and so forth.

    D'ya get idea now Rosso?

i thought about you today on my ride through Provence. There are many plain shade trees along the road with beautiful places to catch your breath.

    Thanks.

Ive gotten Rossy more than Rosso. But I like it, and will use it as my tenor-singing nom de score.

One more wish for best outcomes, Sibbo. Hope the Deep admiration and care for you from this motley crew makes the journey better!

    Hey, Sibbo

Going back deep into this thread:

What my dear, wonderful grandmother was saying was "there are not many like you in a pound!"

And, believe me, that would be a high compliment from a worthwhile source. Agnes MacMillan MacDonald of Skye was the best human being I have ever encountered so far in this life. There were no mony like her in a poond either.

Here's the latest fun, 10 sessions of radiation. Trying to stop the regrowth . Totally painless but it leaves you weak as a baby for weeks and horribly tired.

An awful thing Peter, except for the alternative I guess.

I start 25 sessions of radiation on the 19th. If you're up to a call, I'd love to give you a shout.
