I tend not to think anything about supposed remedies that have not been subjected to a double blind study. Science has demonstrated, over and over, that 1) the 'placebo' effect, or more properly, the desire for someone to believe that something is true, colors all anecdotal evidence, and 2) for most people, and for MANY medical conditions, people recover spontaneously, regardless of medicines, herbs, or supplements taken.

In short, if you BELIEVE that it works, you're likely to conclude that it indeed has.... just not necessarily for the reasons you believe.

Too many now subject events to a prefabricated set of interpretations, usually provided by a biased media source. The myth is more comfortable than the often difficult search for truth."

    Rummy,
Moringa grows all over these islands.
If the tree grows near a popular corner where people are, it will look all nasty and mangy....due to people peeling off a branchfull of leaves as they pass that are easy to reach.
I use more moringa at home though, we buy it by the pound, dried, and put it buy the spoonfull into the morning blender.
Ginger..we use that almost every day, and not as a spice, but in huge therapeutic doses .

Ginger, garlic and cayene pepper, chopped up and eaten by the spoonfull... THAT is a health tonic kick!
again...Im not talking about as a spice for food.
