Now there's your chance, grab it whilst you can and the Aussie crew will organise a welcome.

Worth the trip.
I was going but have decided to go to the NZ Tall Ships race in January 2019 instead.
The definition of stupid has got to be the belief that more guns will negate the bloodshed done with guns.
I do believe that is Huon Seal , front and centre.

And I think "YUKON" is in the top left corner.
Nice boat, nice story. We did one of their "day trips" out of Franklin in 2016. The current owner had made an offer on the boat, but when he went to accompany it for the survey, she'd sunk at her moorings. The previous owner said he'd obviously expect the buyer to walk, but David told him he'd still buy it..for a case of beer on acceptance of survey. Survey was acceptable and he now has the boat. Many thousand hours later you can see what he got for his beer (and a whole lot of work and follow up money). At least that's the story we got sailing down the Huon

I'd have to go back in deepest memory but David might have been the guy I met. Lovely wife and kids sailed out from Denmark ? or Netherlands?
We met them off Big Mammas in Nukualofa in 2011, I was on a delivery.
Yeah...both very nice. I'd love to be able to go back and do a charter with them.
