Not a confidence enhancing procession is it? Deliberately so of course so Donald cannot be challenged intellectually as well as authoratively.

OTOH, and old time Communist I once knew would see it as a blueprint for fomenting a revolution. And then taking over.

So, impeach the top tier after the midterms, once the House flips.

And that won't happen even if the Dems get control. Precedent can make a Rep. with a dodgy background re lobbyists somewhat nervous.

    Same old same old.

We could expect to see a move from the Koch Brothers - Pompeo has proven to be a loyalist to Koch. Trump as a wild card, Pence in a Russian barrel, Ryan too lazy, Hatch unable to serve the term do to health and ability.

A Pence & Pampeo setup might wiggle a wonder.

So only the top three are democratically elected?

Ted, the “oh ****ski” problems I see don’t have the list of succession in it. Trumps lack of impulse control, preference for displays of power and undermining of diplomacy cedes to the Pentagon the initiative in foreign policy. There are many places in the world Trump can “look presidential” and with Pompeo as SoS he’s more likely to have support for those displays than Tillerson.
