                Smoking was never cool. Some just thought it was. How many of those pictured died from smoking related diseases?

                    How many of those pictured died from smoking related diseases?
                    None, actually; I looked 'em up. Dylan and Malkovich are still alive. Otherwise, in order, kidney failure, murder, Huntington's disease, barbiturate overdose, and congestive heart failure (maybe smoking-related, but she lived to 95).
