Rockler comes through again. Be nice to have but the money I don't have, so we'll just look at pretty pictures for now LOL http://www.rockler.com/rockler-dust-...q5u36ko0b7f33y

Similar to one I have for my compressed air hose in the garage. Useful.
Hope for the best, but plan for the worst.

It's not the cool tool, but I just bought an ~$15 extension hose for my Shop Vac that came with the female-female adaptor so I have a 16' hose when i need it. With the 5' wand the whole mess reaches almost everywhere in my 20x20' shop.

I could certainly use one because my shop is nearly 50 ft long!

meh, its just dust collection, who needs it?
Simpler is better, except when complicated looks really cool.

While I would not want to part with my retractible air hose, that reel for the vac is more of a space priority than the coil of vac hose I have, in the corner, behind the vac. The hose is portable and the reel is not! There is a trick I learned from one of my fireman pals years ago that allows the hose to uncoil with no kinks. Every other bite loop is reversed when coiling the hose. It then uncoils kink free!

It reminds me of the reel for hose on the back of fuel oil delivery trucks
