    If Caligula purportedly had his horse in the Roman senate we could at least have one state with an actual dog, as opposed to so many facsimiles, for a governor.

    It's not so much the dogs. You'll NEVER have an actual dog as a Senator, Governor or President... just not gonna happen... they have more discretion.


    Their SONS, however, seem to be all over the place in ALL offices.
