    As boat or a truck it is dumb. But I got to give the guy credit for building. That guy is a lot closer to wooden boat builders than your average frozen snot boater.

    To the answer to the thread title, sometimes "because I can" is reason enough. It looks pretty well thought out for what it is. I'd go on a booze cruise in it.

    Yeah, agreed. At least he's building/doing something. I'm not too keen to rain on someone else's parade.

    If it has to be transported on a trailer, it's just a way of being amusing. Looks like he took the truck engine out.

    It kinda reminds me of setting on the beach in Biloxi and watching the monster trucks out driving around on the water. They were moving very carefully and they didn't go out unless the water was flat calm.
