Does anyone know more about the design - other than the fact that it was offered at an LCMM class?

No, but the information at http://www.lcmm.org/images/img_museu...s/spring01.pdf indicates that the workshop was taught by Tim Clark in August, 2001. This may be the chairwright from Vermont with that name who offers a Cod Rib Arm Chair. The page at http://www.timothyclark.com/contact.htm has his contact information if you want to pursue this. Let us know if you get more details.

Thanks, Benson. Saw that in a quick web search that took me over to Dave Corcoran's old website. Brought back some memories.

Message sent to Tim. We'll see where this goes.

Timing is everything. I'll be in So. Starksboro (aka Jerusalem) this afternoon - but I made a point of not contacting the owner...

At that size you could wear them like water shoes.
