Default Do you think the POTUS has a back channel with North Korea?

Just a little while ago the Fake News Media made a big deal about the POTUS was having a back channel with Russia.

Today with the threats coming from North Korea people seem to be OK with the POTUS having a back channel with NK.

He's got a back channel....... to Putin. He doesn't have one with NK. Try to remember, he barely has a channel to the State Department.

WE have only witnessed and suggested tweets that Trump only has Fox and MSNBC.

The U.S. government undoubtedly has one. Does he know enough to tap into it? Is he smart enough to use it if he did?

No. No. He's the Peter Principle personified, and has no regard for competence... only pr and self-aggrandizement.

Is it just me, or do the reports in the first two of Gengs links read like plagiarised copies of each other? The third one wouldn't open, but I expect I was spared reading the exact same story with marginally different wording again.
Say it often enough, and it must be true, eh Geng?
If there is a back channel, and I'd be surprised if there wasn't something, the govt minions on both ends are probably too far down the food chain, to get any traction with the egos they work for.

The point is would they tell him about it? And as for the State Dept., somewhat hollowed out in the last 6 months, any NK experience may well have left or been sacked, or never re-employed.
