Default He might not have known about this....

.... because he is not detail oriented.

This is how Trump's apologists are explaining how The Donald did not know about Donny, Jr,. Paul Manafort and Jared Kushner meeting with a Kremlin connected lawyer offering dirt on Hillary Clinton.

And, the Kremlin connected lawyer came to the states to aid the defense of a corporation which bought and sold real estate in NY. It was thought to be a money laundering operation. Prosecuting the case was Preet Bharara, the prosecutor fired by Donald Trump, a man who buys and sells real estate in NY.

So they are saying that he's not competent to do the job he was elected to do?
    He needs a carer?
Does the carer get the codes as well?

A proposition is not an achievement.....

...regardless, eventually, the average Jo is going to begin to wonder why he's getting the fuzzy end of the lollipop. Seeing as how the Trump 'family' is behaving like the Romanoffs 100 years ago, perhaps we'll see a similar outcome.

Can't do tax reform until cost of healthcare is taken into consideration. Maybe the $40 cut will also come with healthcare? Trumps a good man. Give him a chance.

A society predicated on the assumption that everyone in it should want to get rich is not well situated to become either ethical or imaginative.

    Trump's a 'good man'?

I'd be interested in knowing what your definition of a 'good man' is... or perhaps you have willfully ignored all of the information about the man's character, ethics, and integrity.

I could almost understand someone 'liking' Trump on the basis of pure partisan bias....

...but there is simply no way in hell that, by ANYONE'S definition, Trump is a 'good man'. He is NOT a 'good man'... he's a sleazeball, an unethical immoral jerk with no personal integrity. Nobody would want him as a personal friend. He's screwed countless people in his greed and lust for fame and fortune.

If you were actually open to the truth, you'd read 'The Making of Donald Trump', by David Cay Johnston, a journalist of very high repute who has been a muckraking author and journalist for the past 50 years....

...but you won't. As was said in the movies, 'You can't handle the truth'.

Indeed. Most folks would be embarrassed about advocating that kind of tax cut and seek to disguise it (see Ryan, Paul), but not you.

It says a great deal that your definition of 'a good man' includes Mr. Trump.

Very true. It seems possible at first (if bloody), but after a fairly short time becomes recursive.

No sir. Every president is a citizen just like the rest of us, temporarily elevated by the people to a position of responsibility. I called him Mr. Obama when he was president too.
