Non-telescopic Red dot. Allows for quick target acquisition. Does seem a bit silly on a very short barreled shotgun though.

Reynard38, I stand corrected on the sighting mechanism - thanks. But it is, I agree, rather superfluous. To paraphrase a line from an old movie, "Just point it in the general direction and pull the trigger; the only safe spot in the room is behind you..."

The vid shows Ol' Gooberhead launching two SLUGS downrange. The second one hit the target and knocked it off the chains that suspend it.

I think that's pretty tight shooting at that range.

    I still don't want one.

Now see I love shooting and I love going to the range and I really like large caliber guns. But this, this is too much. I can't even imagine trying to shoot that. The recoil has to be tremendous and it would suck all the fun out of shooting.

I wonder how much of the propellant burns outside of the barrel? 75%?

Reminds me of a less practical LeMat Revolver:

Speaking of claymore mines, I have thought that a dense matrix of them should be imbedded into US embassy perimeter walls, to take care of the riffraff coming over in times of riot.

Hey that's a great idea. They should do the same thing with Donny "Two Scoops" Trump's border wall.

I kinda like gun threads, particularly if they're about antiques, like here https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=E2l9NU2a-XY
but this thread is more about wrist-breaking.

There is likely to be confusion with a non-english speaking crew. They might just turn them to face the other way...

Setting them at night in a stressful situation has caused, how do you say, friendly fire casualties.
