I assume Nat Herreshoff (see sail and Coquina lines), but don't know the actual design. Any clue? Found these images on a Finnish Raid site w/o any contact info.

Looks like a coracle with a deck and a small rectangular cockpit added, photo taken from overhead, probably a drone. Could be one of those traditional Vietnamese fishing boats, same deal with the deck. Or maybe just an inflatable life raft?

Yes, that is a Coquina with a modified sail plan. The original owner wrote about it in another thread. The NGH 404 sail designation is for N.G. Herreshoff plan number 404, the Coquina.
I was expecting to see pics of Mike Hanyi's Herreshof Riviera replica but that's not it. It does look like a Coquina with a completely different rig.
Found this. Looks like case has been moved forward a couple frames. Makes sense.
