Default flush drain plates for 12mm hull thickness

I'd like to install drains in my sharpie's hull to drain away wash down water instead of bailing it out and wearing away the paint. I should have made a gourd bailer instead of using a Clorox bottle.

Ideally it would be flush with the exterior of the hull and since we walk across it's location, flush on the top too.

The drains would only be opened while the boat is on the trailer.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

I would drill three more holes for screws and bed it in an adhesive caulk.

It gives dimension B as 2-3/16", same as dimension A, probably a misprint.

"Garboard plug"! that's it, thanks Gib.
I'll put "bronze" in front and do a little search, now that you've let me know what they're called.

    They exist.

I would drill and tap three more holes, counter bore deep enough for a flush mount, the use flat head machine screws from the underside and flat head wood screws from the top and bed it all in thickened epoxy.

You would have to grind 3mm off of the bottom of this one to make it flush on the bottom.

Excellent suggestion, thank you. The Perkos I found are $100 each
