    Default Subscription renewal online

    When I tried to renew my subscription online, my account number was not recognize, then I tried with my name, no recognized ether. I tried to e-mail twice, no response.
    Hard to renew on line.

    I had the same online problem. Ended up calling the 800 number.

    Well, thanks to Elaine Hutchinson efficient help, my account was recognized, and I was able to renew my subscription for two years.

    I had the same prob but my email was answered promptly and all fixed now, but I did wonder why there is no 3 year option?
