I'm looking for a couple of bronze portlights with a six inch inside diameter. If there were a Canadian supplier that would be great.

ABI told me they don't sell direct but I get anything I want from their catalogue through Hamilton Marine. Even if the item is not in Hamilton Marine's catalogue it is often in stock and special order has been rapid. No worry about minimum order with port lights.

I am in the market for eliptical or oval portlights - or would be if I could afford them. Your comment about the value of the Oz dollar makes me think I might have a chance in your neck of the woods. Do you have any names of suppliers Down Under?

Hi, Frank. Most of the bronze we handle comes from a Melbourne company called Adcast Consolidated. A quick look through their catalogue seems to indicate that although they have lots of circular and rectangular scuttles, the only oval ones are 8" x 4 1/2".
They're about $A350 each, which is approx $US172 at the moment, I think. Email me for more info. if you're interested. Cheers, Mike.
