Not dinner, but afternoon tea. Green tomato bread, using a few of our last tomatoes as we head into winter. Not exactly to the recipe as we didn't have exactly the right ingredients, but the result was seriously yummy JayInOz

In our region we are now close to "peak asparagus", so . .

I made a basic asparagus, ham & cheese casserole.

Not bad if I do say so . . .

For tomorrow - I'm marinating some tempeh in orange & lemon juices, tamari, sesame oil, garlic, onion, and ginger. It'll be served with rice noodles and some steamed veggies.

For tonight, it'll be fried spicy italian sausages from a local outfit. With brown rice and a tossed salad.

I have been missing out on the fine cuisine. Grilled burgers. Watched toddlers play in a construction zone.

Take a pan dice up cherry tomatoes, rough cut some fresh garlic, some Boursin cheese, drizzle some olive oil and put it a 400 deg oven. Boil some farfalle pasta. After the cheese and tomatoes have roasted, drain pasta and add to pan, stir and plate . 30 min max
