    Hello and welcome,
The sail is available from the WoodenBoat Store (woodenBoat homepage) as well as books on construction and plans. I'm not sure if they will sell the fittings, although they are included in their kits. The spars should be easy to make.

Finished one off last year. Built the spars from selected lumberyard construction spruce. Should take a lot less time than you think. Sparmaking is the most fun you'll have in the whole project. Don't farm it out to some stranger. The sail came from WoodenBoat, line from Hamilton Marine, and hardware from Jamestown Distributors. I left enough space between the mast and the hole in the partner to put in a leather collar to reduce rub and noise. A sweet little boat that always gets a second look.

    Jim,

Right on about posting pictures, a fussy business to say the least, but everytime someone on this forum "gets it" an even tighter virtual community evolves.

Nice boat, perhaps you can post a photo under sail??

Wow! She's really a beauty. Great lines. Fair curves. Plenty of beam where it counts. Nice finish top and bottom.

Oh yes. The boat's not bad either.
