I'm looking to rent a trailer for a 32' sailboat, 5000 lbs, 4.5' full keel, sans mast, for about a week, in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm frustrated with Google, so I thought I'd ask if anyone has any referals. Thanks.

Didn't know that they rented large boat trailers like that.
Your options may be to talk to a boat moving outfit and see what they can offer, or to check out marinas and look for a trailer that matches your needs. If you can find one lying unused, track down the owner and see it they will rent it to you.
You'll probably have legal issues either way, so be sure your car insurance covers trailering and the costs of retrieving said boat and trailer if you suffer breakdown of either tow vehicle or trailer.
