Well... Tulsy musta heard me bad-mouthing him.. so HE called ME. I have to say... he had sobered up smartly. And he still didn't make any sense. Something about Michelle Obama... and losing his shirt... and one of the Obama daughters helping him put in back on... who knows. Them Oakies, yanno <G>

OK, seriously, he was doing fine. Nice to yak with him.

I'm having a bad night out here on the prairie.
    I can't quit crying!
Hell, I ain't no crybaby, but by god I can't quit crying.
Please, somebody play me a song and pour me a shot.
    My baby's gone...forever!
    Please forgive my weakness.

Can't find a song that doesn't seem sad right now. Just have some music instead.

All I got is...."can I pour you a shot of Tequila and I'm gonna cry with you."

My friend... ain't nothing like weakness involved here. It's strictly a case of 'love well, cry like hell'. She's gone... and there ain't nothing left to do but cry. So cry well. Don't be stingy with your tears. Dedicate them to your sweetie. And know, as Tulsy would say, 'this too shall pass'. If/when you feel like talking - you've got my number.

Plus 1000 what David said, word for word.

We all deal with such losses in our own unique way. I know I was a complete wreck when I lost Marjorie and I didn't really start to turn the corner until one day when it dawned on me that the alternative to missing her so badly was to have never met or gotten to know her. She was wise and caring like nobody I've known. She didn't waste any time knocking my rough edges off, she taught me a lot about life and what a real loving relationship felt like, so, essentially, she left me a hell of a lot better than she found me and, now days, my gratitude had displaced any regrets I may have had.

Hang in there, Glen, and don't try to rush this.
