    Memorial day Sunday Brunch.
    True Scottish oatmeal. rolled in stone, and served with thickened cream and honey

    Leathery buckwheat flap jacks with butter and sourghum
    Light and airy buttermilk pancakes with your choice of butter and sweet Maple syrup, or powdered sugar and strawberry jam.
    Belgian waffles stuffed with fresh raspberry jam, and dipped in deep dark chocolate, served with honey spearmint whipped cream


    Champagne scrambled eggs with chives, and nasturtium flowers.
    Huevos rancheros with plenty of hot sauce, and today only...... toasted Sand spurs on the side, for those with a real taste of the trail!
    Eggs Benedict.
    Eggs over easy
    Soft boiled eggs on coddling cups with butter.
    Cheerios in day old milk.
    Asparagus in a balsamic vinaigrette

    Black bean/hamsoup.
    Kwami's peanut soup
    Smoked pork spare ribs.
    Butterflied Thai chicken halves


    Deep fried okra
    Deep fried oysters.
    Deep fried ravioli.
    Oysters on the half shell.
    Clams casino'

    Fresh steamed mussels.
    Never frozen St. Augustine shrimp
    Louisiana Crawdad boil

    Hambugers, hot dogs, georgia red hots....


    Fresh out of the field (Or off thes ide of the road) watermelon

    Being in the shipping business, I often see things (mostly garments) with "Made in Vietnam" on them. Amazing how things have changed.
