Came down for a bit of civilised company and find that there's been a blue at the pub as well.
Well I'm shouting myself a dram or two tonight, anyone like to join me?

Glad to hear that he's well and even happier to hear that he's got the positive attitude to be spending more time living life!

Well... best wishes to the Roadrunner. I hope he manages to both be more active: gardening; wood-butchering; chasing his sweetie around the bed; etc. AND spend some time with us.

Cause... I'm pretty sure... ain't none of gonna survive for long on Fredz coffee <G>

Popped in for a lunchtime pint of The Product.

Stormy here, with some big thunderboomers early. Scared the dog and she crapped next to the bed, poor thing. It stayed cloudy and I managed a couple good hours in the greenhouse, pruning back the tomato jungle.

    It's Happy Hour!
    Is anybody happy?
Amber and Jett are happy and eager to pour up some drinks and serve up some tamales and popcorn and quarters for the jukebox.
Earlier today, Amber asked me if I thought maybe I should call up Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue.
I said hell no, but I'm thinking about it.
    Have a good evening, amigos!

Win or lose tonight, it's been quite a ride.

    I know what you're thinkin'
    We were goin' down
    I can feel the sinkin'
    But then I came around

    And everyone I've loved before
    Flashed before my eyes
    And nothin' mattered anymore
    I looked into the sky

Well I wanted something better man
    I wished for something new
    And I wanted something beautiful
    I wished for something true
Been lookin' for a reason man
    Something to lose

When the wheels come down (When the wheels come down)
When the wheels touch ground (When the wheels touch ground)
And you feel like it's all over
    There's another round for you
When the wheels come down (When the wheels come down)

It's good to hear you say that.
It was like that for me when I first started on the "happy Pills".
Those eventually quit working and I had to find happiness within.

Never did the happy pills here, Kev.

Always was able to rely on the natural high.

Never knew how and still not sure why.

It's just where I find meself most days

    With very little try.

The alcohol thins the blood, counteracting the bacon.

Hey now... don't forget the ham. And the sausage. I loves both!

I agree with the alcohol as a counterbalance, however! Can't be too safe.
