Not to mention he's written my Friday Night theme song.
Keep calm, persistence beats resistance.

A good version is on The Bottom Line recording. But I'll give you that the Tonight's the Night cut you posted is more... uh... liquid. And my favorite.![]()

Evening Gentlemen,
Lively bunch today. I finished my little kit project and the client will pick up in the morning and head back to Montana. Except he wants one extra sheet of 9mm... in case he buggers something up. I'll pick that up on the way to the shop in the morning. For months I've nibbling at one project, then another, none of which have urgent due dates. And not working on one because of 'distancing' restrictions. And working on the house fixup as I can manage to line people up to come do the work. This was a fun little burst of energy. Though I notice I'm no longer used to long hours on the concrete. My dogs are barking.
A beer? Yes, that's a brilliant idea!!

Morning Gentlemen and and any ladies that may stop by. The coffee is ready and the beer cooler well stocked. Looks like a pretty nice weekend as far as the weather goes.

Morning, Bob. We'll have to raise a toast later for Shawn, her odometer rolls over 23,360 (days that is) tomorrow, so a little birthday party is in order. Toss some chardonnay in the beer cooler, if you would.

Hey Bob you should check Jim's Idle steel thread.![]()

I looked at that Kevin, I have made a few knives from those saw blades. My favorite blades are made from those blades that come from one of those metal cutting saws that look like a big motorized hack saw. They are about two foot long and two inches wide, they have a edge about a quarter inch wide that is welded on them that is super hard and shatter proof.

Afternoon All,
Well, a happy client loaded his kit and drove off for Montana this morning. This was a fun one. A design I hadn't done before, plus the first one I'd done the bulk of with CNC cutting. I'll stay in close contact to see how it works out for him. Celebrated by buying myself an apple fritter at the local donut shop.

Fred I think Sandy sent you an email for me. Just something for you to see.

The multi colored one is from a cedar limb I found by a creek by War Eagle mill in Arkansas, The folders are made from a folded sheet of one eighth metal and adjusted buy closing them so they don't fly open. and the ulu is from a saw blade.

Yeaah, I'm thinking Fred is talking about his cars but his mind is on something something other.
And I'm betting those donuts he bought all have holes in them. See?
Yeapper, it sounds like spring is sproingin' and he's test firing his radar. Wishing him all the best here!
