I really wasn't sure about the question Fred when I ask Sandy that was the first thing she ask me, was he wanting a recipe or storing it? I said I don't know can he refreeze it. So now you know that safety part any way.

Some advice about what not to eat before bed. My experience is that alcohol seems to be a wash... but maybe they're right --

I did want to congratulate Sandy, not sure I ever met her but surely I have met some of the gals that learned from her.

Doing well, staying busy. I made the mistake of letting Herself cut my hair. Actually, I asked for it. I had Skip style wings sticking out of my hat and it was bugging me. Well, not anymore. The guard slipped down to the lowest setting and she took a 1 1/2" swath off the side of my head just above my ear, we're talking peach fuzz. We tried to save it but ended up taking the guard off to even things up. Now I'm sporting the boot-camp do.

All true. My bro's been saying for years to set a beard trimmer at 1/4" and just comb it out every few weeks. He does his face and his dome with the same setting. Saves a lot of money and time. No comb or shampoo, just run a towel over it and yer done.

I'm liking it already and she says I have a good head for it. And since she's the one who has to look at it . . .

The last time my hair was this short I was about 8 yo. Mom gave me $1.50 to go get a haircut. I knew a buzz cut was .25 and I spent the rest on candy. I got in the doghouse but good over that one.
