My youngest daughter is like her dad used to be, we faced reality head on. her attitude about bad stuff is, I'll snot and cry and move on. Well old dad does not have that option any more. So I was talking business with her a while back and ask her what she would do with me if something should happen to mom before me, she said Dad, if something happened to mom, I would buy you a gallon of Tequila and there would be no problem. Damn that girl has all the bases covered. She is so right, there would be no Bob without Sandy.

I am working on a project hopefully with this man. Here is a great version of a great song.

When I was probably about 14 or 15, we visited relatives in Memphis. My cousin who was older said that she had passed Elvis' Cadillac that day and Johnny Rivers was driving it. That would have been in the mid 1960s.

When I meet him - I'll ask him about those days. It will be some nice color for the interviews.

Smokey Robinson & The Miracles wrote this song about going to Johnny River's club.

And was responsible for getting this man to go solo, giving him a series of gigs in LA at his club and pumping him up for Monterey.

I woke up before daylight this morning and heard my dog in the bedroom. I just heard his claws on the hardwood floor. I got up and opened the door to see if he wanted to go out and he did. I then walked over to turn on the light and stepped in a big pile of partly digested dog food. At least it was on the hardwood floor this time and not on the carpet.
