I opened YouTube in another tab and was thinking about searching for Leo Knottke. Youtube came up with that suggestion without me typing it in at all. This dang computer is reading my mind now.

This is actually the song that I was going to look for.

Brittany Howard Performs 'Stay High'
I have one of those alarm clocks on my nightstand that shines the time on the ceiling in big red numbers. It got stuffed in a box when we dismantled the bedroom to prep for paint. On its way into the box the alarm button got pushed. It has a battery backup and every night for two weeks we were hearing this beeping, at midnight, coming from the stack of boxes. Faint but annoying as all hell.
I figured out it was the culprit and shut the alarm off when i set it back up. It felt almost like things were starting to be restored to normal when i saw the numbers on the ceiling first thing this morning at 4:20. Except, any semblance of 'normal' flew the coup weeks ago.

There is a Choctaw reservation in Mississippi with a resort with a casino, golf courses and a huge water park.
Morning All,
Another rainy day. I do like this sort of weather. But there are tasks it gets in the way of. Ah well, most of them can be done in the rain anyway... and the rest can wait.
Fred - thanks for that song. It's amazing what some folks can do with a gittar, eh? One day, I hope to be THIS good. And by this, I mean the rhythm guy strumming the accompaniment <G>

Hey Tulsy - Hope you're doing well today!
I've always liked Norah Jones. Not only is she 'just my type'... if I were about 112 years younger... but her voice and style are marvelous!!

Hey Mr.G, Norah is one of my favorites, she reminds me so much of those old timey singers in some lounge, sitting at that piano and singing to all those diners and dancers in that smoke filled room.

18? No way. I was a goose at 18. If I had a pick an age to stop I'd say about 30-35, but at 76 it's way too late!
Hope everyone is well and happy enough to enjoy the silly season.
My warring family are still at it…….what was that I said about silly gooses?
