    Hey Fred, one of those black and tans would be good about now. I am just an old worn out man with a young mans dreams. I could do no justice to such a fine animal as one of those pups. I used to hunt with hounds and they are still my favorite dog. They can be trained but you have to have understand they are pack animals and they just don't fall into line because you say so..

    Those Black and tans are not the best coon or squirrel dogs, they have a cold nose and may pick up on a day old trail. Not so good on a cold winter night in the woods, but once on the tree or in the fight.
