I've had the picture posting troubles some also lately. I deleted a post last night because my photos would only show as links.

Good morning Glen, a rainy night and morning here. A cup of Texas coffee sounds good to me.

    Cool Re: Byob !!!!!!

    I'm goin fishin Saturday.
I'll be helping a friend launch his little 16ft. Aluminum outboard.
I considered buying this boat myself, since it was such a great deal but, it wasn't wood.
My friend bought it after I pointed him to it.
So now I have to show him how to catch fish.
    Least I can do right?

Morning Fred, we had about the same weather as you. A couple of those enchiladas and a couple of fried eggs and breakfast is served.

Like the John Denver song sez, "hey it's good to be back home again".

19 hours from her doorstep to mine. Whee! We left for the airport under caffeinated and way early, like pre-dawn. A half hour into the hour and a half ride to SFO, we're on a hilly, winding 4 lane highway with steep inclines on either side, one side up, the other down. There were no shoulders in most places and a concrete baracade sat on the yellow line between the oncoming lanes with no wiggle room. The speed limit is 55 but the traffic flowed at 70. Our dash starts beeping, a red thermo icon flashed and the temp guage was way in the red.

Luckily we found a large pullover/breakdown lane around the next bend. The nipple the radiator hose clamped to was plastic and sheared off flush and the engine compartment was drenched in coolant. Great! She's on the phone to triple A and I'm on my phone with the airline. Hour and a half later we get to a repair shop, car in tow and the window for making my 10:00am flight had long since closed. I book next available for 1:00 and call for an Uber. $70 from Las Gatos to SF. $185 for the tow. $310 to replace the part, labor and fluids essentially doubled the cost of my original round trip ticket.

All's well that ends well. We're both back home in one piece, my combustible souvenirs cleared customs, I have the house back up and running and a revised honey-do list a mile long.

Afternoon Glen, I am ready for some happy hour. Decided I was not to shaky to tie some feathers on a hook for a lure, well about the third wrap I managed to stick the hook under my finger nail, then I reached down to pic up my exacto knife to cut the thread and managed to stick it in my other thumb. Nothing to serious just a lot of blood spilling. So I gave up on that and came back in and put some peroxide on my hands and that is my day.

I really expected him to come to the door with his cowboy hat, in his boxers and boots and spurs.

I am feeling really good tonight, for whatever reason I am really glad. If it was thoughts and prayers or anything else I will take it and be thankful. Maybe some one lost their voodoo doll if so I hope they never find it.

I am just now settling down to a place I can use the key board and mouse without dropping it or knocking it off the table. Hell I couldn't hold my coffee cup or even think of opening a beer. I was shaken the bed last night this was one of the worst episodes of these tremors I have had. I guess that's what I get for feeling good yesterday afternoon.
