For you, eh? Sorry to hear that. I still love it. The boys liked it as kids, so we used to sing it together. So it has sentimental value for me. Take more than Will Ferrell to put a ding in it. <G>

Bobby, nice to see you! Smile. It makes everything better, even if just for a moment.

David, there is no way any version could ever compete with this! Yes, I meant “ruined” in a good way.

G'Day Bobster! Put four racks of St. Louis-cut ribs in the smoker about noon. Just took most of 'em out to cool. Then I'll put 'em in the freezer and then vacuum-pack them.

Left some in to slow-cook. I finally learned to lay a fire in a Weber smoker that will burn between 225° and 250° for five hours or so without adding anything except chunks of smoking wood.

Just opened a 90-Shilling Ale. In heaven with my feets hangin' out.

You Da Man, Chip. Nothing like having that on hand and not having to run to town and get a lesser quality product.

Gardening was a bust for me this year, just enough green beans for a mess, out of ten tomato plants five Goliath bush and five San Marzano I may have gotten ten tomatoes off the San Marzano and one off the Goliath. I had two really nice geen ones on the Goliath and they just disappeared. Oh the Okra is going crazy, I just keep giving it away.

I'll take some of that coffee. A brownie sounds good, too... but I'll pass just to be safe. When I was in the Cabinetmaking & Furniture Design program, I had a buddy who smoked weed from the moment he woke up each day. He managed not to kill himself. But, then again, he's the one who - despite my warnings - let some of his hair get loose, and grabbed by the lathe, which jerked his head firmly and instantly down to the spindle he was turning. Broke the spindle, and yanked a chunk of his hair/scalp out. Yeah... I'll pass.

    A) WTF is a red snapper? Aside from a lawnmower and a fish...

    B) Drink? If your coffee is thin enough to drink, why would I bother, Bobby?

    Happy Sunday.

Daughter went to a tryout for a REAL DEAL softball organization yesterday. Just for the fun and experience. She got her butt kicked, but kicked back harder. She hit like a CHAMP.
Team wants her back today for some play time.
Daughter was VERY clear she ain’t leaving her team mid season. Not cut from that cloth.

But it was nice for her to know she can stand out in a crowd of 17 catchers...

    Peace,

Not open yet. It is only about five miles due east of my house. Fished in that river that is just across the street from it most of my life. Caught the bigest stripers that I have ever caught just below the low water dam.

Amish My coffee is 0nly thin enough to drink if you soak a chunk in a couple of gallons of water. A Red Snapper is a Bloody Mary made with Gin more or less.
