When I talked to Curtis yesterday, he was sitting on the front porch getting a tan. When he fist came on the Skype, I said damn Curt get some clothes on, He said I got shorts on and stood up to prove it. Gotta say I was a bit nervous as he stood up but he really was dressed. He is a really good friend to me and I wrote this line mostly in hopes he will look in and get a smile.

I also miss Curtis. If it is true that the sentence is nearly over I wish for his return. I do hope being a member of that yacht club hasn't changed him into some rw monster.

I had no idea one could keep track of posts on any given thread.

I thought it was more like golf. I thought I was doing good.

Jimmy, every damn one of your contributions has been appreciated. We all owe you for holding the tiller through thick and thin and stuff and egregious bannings and tragedies and losses.
    Thank you Sir.

Jimmy Buffett graduated from Southern Miss just before I got there, but Fingers Taylor was still around. He didn't know me, but I remember seeing him. He was later a member of Buffett's band.

I should get my roll of aluminum tape today in the mail, that will put some shiny on those lures I have made I will also make a scale pattern in the tape before I put it on. That is my plan for today and I also need to remember to put the electric water heater thing in my chicken pen.

Hey Bobby, suppose a man wanted to import some bespoke lures, slow speed trolling lures for use behind a sailing canoe, what do you suppose they might run out at for say, 6 plus postage? I'm sure you know about that sort of thing……...

I made a pattern to cast a part for a 1924 reaper and binder today. And got the boats under restoration on wheels so I can get about my shop a bit easier.

I haven't given much thought to doing any selling or trading them I just mostly make these to try and keep what little brain I got left functioning.

Bobby, you ever been to Johnnie's grill in Reno, Oklahoma?

I ran across a website called burgerlab and they had an article Johnnies and their Oklahoma Onion Burgers.

    Looks pretty good.

Never been there but that is a real Okie burger. There are a couple of little hole in the wall shops here that still make them the right way. I think the worst burger in Tulsa comes from Smash burger and it is cooked just like it sounds. hot grill smash it and cook it till it is past dead. I guess lot of folks like them the always have business.

I am really glad for this byob, that polyticking sh!# gets really old really quick for me. I am having a hard time keeping beer in the house, getting TDG to do her job and getting paint colors mixed right. Other than that I could use some new lungs and maybe a couple of other parts
