That bottom one would be good for skinning or castrating, the perfect knife.

He really should. I mean... just LOOK at all the time he spends there without adult supervision. Not safe. Not safe at all!!!

Fredz -- those are some interesting looking knives. What inspired the collection?

    Fred, are these dining knives?
I have an Italian folding knife, given to me by an old friend who told me that "all" Europeans carry a folding dining knife...
    Could that be true?

I don't know what has become of Glen, Kevin is dealing with life and David G is busy changing the world I guess. As for me somedays it is nice to be here and days like today just seem to not matter much anymore.

Early meeting then errands. Stayed up half the night reading. Might need a nap later. Forum won't let me post music. Soon as I click the icon, everything freezes & goes dim. When I back out, I lose everything. Weird.

Hi David that is what it was doing to me yesterday. I hate when it does that, it it is hard enough for me to get a post right the first time and after a couple of times I begin to get all confused and shaky and just have to quit. It is not like I am anywhere near normal so it doesn't take much to shake my world up anymore.

Hey Kevin, I wish you were here I got a big ol pot of Jambalaya and it is good. I made way to much, my one pot wonders always seem to turn out that way. Never et a lake Erie perch or any of what you northern folks call perch. Down this way what I always heard called perch are actually sunfish, Blue gill, Pumpkin seed and the such. I think up your way some of them are called shell crackers maybe. I don't know where the name perch came from but as a young'un we just caught a lot of perch.
