    G'day Bobby, Spin and all
Glad to hear you are doing a bit better today Bobby, and I hope everyone else is doing OK
Nothing much going on, the weather is not condusive.
My rugby hip is giving me some stick tonight, but I don't really like taking painkillers. Took my ration in my early years for migraines.

    Morning All,

I'm reaching for the painkillers this morning as a result of y'day's efforts. But coffee's almost ready, and I bet it'll do more to ease my way into the day.

Hope everyone has a lovely day!

What a day this has turned into, the pain meds just aren't doing it to day.

Lazy day here. Recovery from heavy lifting y'day. Did office work. Some laundry. Took a short nap after lunch. More office work. Trying to decide how ambitious I want to get about dinner. Maybe just some pasta with sauce from a jar. Pretty sure I'll grill some burgers tomorrow. Being lazy today seems to have worked... feeling pretty perky now.

Skipped lunch, so I just wolfed down some pasta with delish leftover spaghetti sauce (bacon & chopped up steak), mopped up with a slice of homemade sourdough, and washed down with some buttermilk. Might need a nap soon <groan>

Got hot here today - mid-80's. I won't complain, because the alternative is rain, and there'll be plenty of that soon.

Omg! The beef was amazing. Some kind of sustainable cow Attachment 119780 - with pan gravy, carrots, celery, and potatoes amazing. The char on the roast was outstanding but still fork tender and delicate.

Glad you finally decided to give that place a try. Wouldn't want to rush into anything, would we? <G>

The kids just got home from a 4-day camping excursion over on the dry side of the mountains, but they were right alongside the John Day River, so got to play in the water some. Helped them unpack and stow some gear. They're all happy but tired. Early bedtime tonight, methinks.

Every day this stuff just gets worse than the day before. My lungs and my mind are slowly going away and the cancer, well I guess it is just doing what cancer does. I have come to a place that God could either kill me or cure me I really don't care at this point.
That is my whine of the day, thanks for listening.
