    Sorry, more motorcycling carp. . .

    The drawings below were made in the Fukuoka 14 prison camp in Nagasaki on pieces of scrap paper that he had found. Obviously, they were made from memory. They were drawn from memory of TT races Burki had attended prior to the war. He buried them in a zinc tube and retrieved them after the war.

    After the war he illustrated for a number of Dutch motorcycling and automobile racing publications and did some wild assed art too, like this. . .
