    I was recently given a pocket watch with a persons name, the year 1928, and "Blue Skies" inscribed on the back of it. I believe this is a commerative watch given to the crew during a sailing regatta, probably on the east coast. Anyone have any ideas?

    Glad to see you found your way here. What is the name on the watch? This might be as pertinant a clue as the boat name.

    The name on the watch is Walter E. Corber, he may have relatives in the Seattle area.
