Good on you. My daughter was student rep when she was at Uni, it is a good thing to do.

Well, yes, but that can be important. If you are fortunate a degree will provide the training to get launched on a career. If not, then the undergrad degree is, at a minimum, the entry ticket to a graduate or professional degree that will open doors of opportunity. Either way, a sound investment of one's time, attention, and sometimes tolerance of BS....
I also agree with Peerie Maa--being a student rep is a good thing to do. Glad to hear things are going well, Professor Little.
