    I'm trying to track down a prior owner of my Herreshoff 12-1/2. Does anyone sailing in the Mattapoisett, Mass area have a recollection of someone named Noble and an H12-1/2 about 10 years ago?

    Try contacting the Beverly Yacht Club in Marion, Mass. The Noble family may (have) be(en) members there and sail(ed) in their H 12 1/2 class races.

    You might also try the Shelter Island Yacht Club in Shelter Island New York, I have been told that they have the largest fleet in North America, and it is growing. Good Luck Todd
