Default The Parbuckling Project website (Costa Concordia Salvage)

Here's a website that shows in detail how the Costa Concordia is to be salvaged.

    http://www.theparbucklingproject.com/aziende.php

It looks like a good one to check back with periodically. Enjoy.

It's commonly used to recover PIWs.

It looks like there is starting to be visible and spectacular progress on this.

I love it. Use little parbuckles all the time. Brilliant.

Parbuckle would make a great dinghy name.

Here's a good working webcam. Sometimes these are hard to come by.

I'm surprised that the cruise line company hasn't covered up her name on the vessel. I've seen airlines, after a crash, cover up the airline logo so it's not bad advertising for everyone who passes by.

Some interesting pictures of the salvage scene including a makeshift office inside the Costa Concordia.

It looks like she's almost ready to roll. It will be quite interesting to see how this turns out.

Love this inadvertent superlative, calling it the "most biggest-ever marine salvage operation."

Still in operation, but watch out! If you use the photos from the 'cam you will be "persecuted in according to the current laws".
