    I don't know the folks but if they are inclined to long distance cruising, there is a chance that they read "Latitude 38". It seems that at least some American cruisers keep in touch around the world by reading this mag. 'Latitude 38' (based in San Francisco of course) has a web sight and is otherwise available in chandlery stores (like West Marine) for about 50 cents (free in the Bay Area).
