As I am not Catholic so I have know idea what it was. I did not know it was to Pray to the Lord. After a little research I found it, nice!!!!

This interior repentance has been called by theologians "contrition". It is defined explicitly by the Council of Trent (Sess. XIV, ch. iv de Contritione): "a sorrow of soul and a hatred of sin committed, with a firm purpose of not sinning in the future".

I saw what you wrote on the weekend Clark. Amongst all the vile crap you posted you admitted you'd been here a long time and that you are a troll.Now that you've emerged from whatever haze you enjoy enveloping yourself with, I see that you've deleted nearly every post you've made.
