    Default CBMM auction dreams

The Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum always has interesting boats to auction off, but I think this year's list tops anything from the past. These boats usually go cheap, and the money helps the museum.

    Among the offerings in wood:

    Penguin
    Devlin 22' tug
    Beetlecat
    '64 hydroplane
    Old Town runabout
    Old Town canoe project
    '45Correct Craft runabout
    Shellback dinghy
    Nutshell pram

Some more wood stuff and lots more in glass. Don't say you weren't advised.

    And how about that tug?

That would make a great committee boat.

What's not to love about having a half-dozen whacking devices always at the ready?

So how did it go? http://www.cbmm.org/g_boatdonations.htm

I'm particularly interested in what the Beverly dinghy (#1731) went for....
