Courtney? Nope. Courtney is not isolated at all. Not much more than an hour up a major hiway from me. Its part of the well populated strip that runs up the inside coast of Vancouver Island and easy to get to by car boat or plane.

Wow, that's a steal. I agree, it's too bad, but it would be worse to see the boat never hit the water. Looks like a very good quality build.
