yam, green bananas, cocoa, dasheen, breadfruit, ackee and saltfish, mackeral run down, turned cornmeal, jerked pork and chicken, escovietched fish, Malta, Supligen, Milo (said to be the food drink of Champions), Red Stripe, Horlicks and coconut oil.
